EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please complete and submit our Withdrawal Form.
After submitting the form, you will receive confirmation that your withdrawal request has been received.
If you withdraw from the entire purchase contract within the 14-day withdrawal period and return all items, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us).
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.
The refund will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
For health protection and hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed hygiene products that have been unsealed after delivery, including menstrual cups, tampons, sanitary pads, liners, wet wipes, intimate care products, and other sealed hygiene items.
RETURNS
Customers with a customer account may submit return requests directly from their account and follow the available return options for their order.
Customers may also contact us at gentleday@gentleday.com for assistance with returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Certain products are exempt from returns for health protection and hygiene reasons. This includes opened or used menstrual cups, tampons, sanitary pads, liners, wet wipes, intimate care products, and used or washed period underwear.
Unused period underwear may be returned only if it has not been worn, washed, or damaged and is returned in its original condition and packaging.
To help you choose the correct size, we recommend carefully checking the size chart and taking your measurements before ordering.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
This 30-day return policy is in addition to, and does not affect, any statutory consumer rights applicable under the laws of your country.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Final sale items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase cannot be returned or refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at gentleday@gentleday.com with pictures of damage.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: AAAA Europe Distribution Ltd., Pramones str. 97, 11115 Vilnius, Lithuania.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over 50€, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
