Shipping method and rates

Shipping method is by courier or post office. Shipping charges to the EU are 7,90€ for orders up to 90€, FREE for orders over 90€.  

Shipping charges to the UK, Iceland, Norway, Switzerland is 9,9 for orders up to 150€, FREE for orders over 150€.

Shipment to countries 

Gentleday.com ships to addresses within the EU territories (except Lithuania - shop at www.gentleday.lt, also Cypres and Greece, please shop at Dr. Stanislava store), Iceland, Norway, Switzerland, Tenerife, also the UK.

Availability in non-EU countries

GENTLE DAY® pads and liners are available in Australia online at myhealthrestore.com.au.

We distribute our products in the US and Canada under the GENIAL DAY® brand name.

GENIAL DAY® pads, liners, cups, and wipes can be found in natural food stores in the US, also online at www.genialday.com.

GENIAL DAY® pads, liners, and wipes can be found at Whole Foods, and other natural food stores in Canada, also online at www.well.ca.

Shipment processing time

Orders are fulfilled in 1-2 business days. Orders that are shipped with courier services, can take about 5-14 days to be delivered. Orders shipped with the Post office can take longer and sometimes even up to 30 days, especially to the islands. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Please note that fulfillment and shipping times may be extended during high-volume periods such as holidays, sales, restocks, and new product launches. Once a package is handed off to the shipping carrier, GENTLE DAY has no control over the delivery timeline. 

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order contains your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Gentleday.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Gentleday.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. However, if you are having any difficulties, contact our customer service at gentleday@gentleday.com.
